General Functions:
Monitor and track milestones and timelines on assigned projects.
Ensure all program deliverables (monthly status reports, invoices, etc.) are delivered accurately and on time.
Assist PM managing project labor and leave hours by calculating monthly and yearly EACs.
Enter invoices into Costpoint and update manual invoicing templates as required by the customer.
Review Costpoint open billing detail reports for assigned projects.
Track project funding and communicate status with program managers, provide funding status reports and 75% notifications to the customer.
Provide up to date project work authorizations and travel assistance to direct employees.
Prepare travel work authorizations and estimate costs for direct employee travel.
Gather costs for project ODC pricing.
Prepare overseas wire requests for OCONUS ODCs, ensure proper banking information is recorded.
Reconcile ODC's and travel monthly.
Assist accounting with audit requirements, filing, and reconciliations.
Attend finance and accounting meetings in person and teams (using webcam)
Monitor employee corporate credit cards balances for assigned tasks and reconcile monthly.
Maintain and refine desktop procedures for each project.
Work flexible hours within a pay period, including occasional overtime as approved by supervisor.
Provide ad hoc financial reports to internal and external customers.
Qualifications:
Education/Certifications/Experience/Skills:
BA Degree in Finance/Accounting and at least 7 years of experience related to the position requirements.
Must be proficient in the use of Deltek Costpoint.
Must know and understand Federal Travel Regulations, GSA per diem
Must have a general understanding of FAR Part 31
Must have advanced knowledge in Excel to include pivot tables and v-lookup.
Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must have the ability to function in a fast-paced environment with little ease to transition to tasks as needs dictate.
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft programs (including Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).
