Job Title: Benefits and Wellness Manager
Location: Remote (Eastern Time Zone)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Benefits and Wellness Manager to lead and manage our employee benefits and wellness programs. This role is critical in ensuring our workforce-comprised of both salaried and hourly employees across diverse, multilingual environments-receives exceptional support and services. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about enhancing employee well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Benefits Program Management: •Administer and manage comprehensive benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and other offerings. •Regularly evaluate and update benefits packages to remain competitive and compliant with regulations. •Partner with external vendors to ensure smooth program delivery and resolve employee issues promptly. 2.Wellness Program Development: •Design, implement, and promote wellness initiatives tailored to a diverse workforce. •Monitor the effectiveness of wellness programs and adjust based on employee feedback and participation rates. •Foster a culture of health and well-being through regular communication and engagement activities. 3.Multilingual & Diverse Workforce Support: •Develop communication strategies to ensure benefits and wellness information is accessible to a multilingual employee base. •Create resources and materials in multiple languages to address the needs of a diverse workforce. 4.Employee Support & Compliance: •Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions related to benefits and wellness. •Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations across different employee classifications. •Work closely with HR and other departments to provide guidance on benefits and wellness-related policies. 5.Data Analysis & Reporting: •Track benefits utilization and wellness program metrics to assess effectiveness. •Prepare reports and present findings to HR leadership, providing recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
•Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. •Experience: •Minimum of 5 years of experience managing benefits and wellness programs. •Proven success in supporting both salaried and hourly employees. •Experience working in multilingual environments, with an understanding of diverse cultural needs.
Skills:
•Strong knowledge of benefits regulations (e.g., ACA, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA). •Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in at least one additional language (preferred). •High proficiency in HR systems and tools. •Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to thrive in a remote setting.
Work Hours:
•Must be available to work standard business hours in the Eastern Time Zone.
