Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
Monitor branch budgets, track expenses, and analyze financial reports to meet profitability targets.
Identify standard operating procedures and learn the background on them so you understand why they are in place. Suggest improvements when appropriate
Manage and motivate a diverse team of Project Managers, Superintendents, and support staff.
Develop and maintain a positive, productive work environment
Ensure all operations adhere to industry safety standards, local regulations, and company policies
Set clear productivity benchmarks, evaluate employee performance, and implement training and development plans to enhance team capabilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
Requirements:
Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze situations, evaluate options, and take swift, effective action
Skilled in negotiating agreements and resolving conflicts with both customers and vendors.
Proficient in building and maintaining positive relationships with employees, vendors, and customers.
Capable of setting productivity standards and motivating teams to meet or exceed goal
Ability to interpret and utilize accounting and financial reports
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
