Job Description:


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking a Systems Analyst who will bring a global mind-set and have a high comfort working and orchestrating in a distributed team and management set-up.

Responsibilities:


  • Engage with multiple BU units adopting Financial Crimes Compliance platforms and help drive process and workflow re-engineering efforts for customer-facing account opening, maintenance, and transactional user-interfaces

  • Work with agile team and planning leads to identify, define and agile tools deployment to ensure work aligns with strategic goals and roadmap

  • Utilize structured, disciplined, and data-oriented process to identify root cause and solve problems across tools

  • Effectively communicate to senior team progress and delivered value; Participate in executive level presentations for internal or external use as applicable to communicate project and portfolio status and plans

  • Support project and release planning and testing

  • Provide prompt and proactive status updates on assigned activities

  • Facilitate regular meetings with global development team and customer/squad lead







REQUIREMENTS:



  • Degree in Technology discipline/Business with strong IT focus

  • 10+ years of Business or Systems Analysis experience within financial services, or related environment

  • Strong business and systems analysis skills and a demonstrable ability to break down a sophisticated problem or opportunity and offer solutions

  • Experience gathering requirements and designing enterprise business processes, workflows, and user interfaces supporting them

  • Ability to query enterprise databases using SQL preferred

  • Ability to work closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand and document existing business processes and workflows

  • Ability to optimize productivity and increase business value by reengineering existing processes and workflows, identify areas of improvement, collaborate on and coordinate solutioning, track progress, and measure delivered value

  • Ability to work with business and technology stakeholders in defining problem statements and resolving issues

  • Ability to gather requirements, create stories and epics for squad deliverables

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple applications and complex integrations

  • Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, and presentation

  • Passionate about your craft with an ability to effectively collaborate and interact with global development team - assist with clarifying customer requirements and quality check on products prior to customer release

  • Ability to influence others with experience in conflict resolution

  • Knowledge of scaled agile, agile development methodologies and agile deployment

  • Strong Change Management skills, inspiring change successfully and process disciplined

  • Driven and persistent; Proven track record of supporting effective organizational change






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
