Duties and Responsibilities Faculty members are expected to be skilled educators, with a passion for teaching, advising, mentoring and student support activities, and continuous improvement activities in best practices, all supporting student success. The primary responsibility of full-time faculty is to provide quality education in a range of management and management-related courses, to engage in academic professional activities including research and applied professional activities, and service and support activities, to advance the goals of The College of Business. Faculty members are responsible for following College of Business and university policies and procedures in support of teaching and learning. Faculty members are expected to demonstrate content expertise in business and organizational management and be able to teach a range of management and management-related courses.
Conditions of Employment Offer of employment is contingent upon successfully completing a due diligence background check and credential verification. Proof of U.S. citizenship or eligibility for U.S. employment (Immigration Control Act of 1986).

Experience Experience teaching a variety of management and management=related course, and preferably, applied experience in business, corporate, entrepreneurial, and/ or organizational settings that support and inform the teaching process.
Education Earned doctorate in management or closely related fields required. An additional earned MBA preferred.
Candidates who will fully complete their doctoral degree by summer 2023, or ABD actively working on degree completion will be considered.
