Bi-lingual Human Resource Manager (Spanish/English)
Direct Hire
IN OFFICE- Located in Woodbine
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
HR Position duties:
-Recruiting new hires
-Onboarding new hires, helping ensure paperwork is accurately completed
-Assist in enrolling employees in benefits/insurance programs
-Compliance reporting for workers comp, OSHA, and D.O.T. (health card)
-Maintain accurate personnel records
-Collect time and administer payroll
-Assist and maintain employee recognition efforts
-Updating company Facebook with company events that include employee's
Requirements:
Quick Books
ADP Reports
Sage - Timberline
DOT compliance
Bilingual - Spanish and English
Memberships- SHRM (or passed their testing)
Salary range - $80,000 to $85,000
