Description: Our client is currently seeking a senior manager of distribution and transportation


This job will have the following responsibilities:

• A growing consumer products company in the greater Atlanta area is currently searching for a multi-site distribution manager. To be considered, you must have a four year degree and multi-site warehouse experience overseeing nationwide distribution. You will manage sites on the West Coast, East Coast and Southeast and mentor site warehouse managers and own full P&L responsibility for distribution operations. In addition to distribution, you will also have responsibility for transportation financial reviews, supply chain, and all related back office functions. You must have multi-site experience and be responsible for safety results and workers comp costs and foster culture of continuous improvement and support improvement initiatives in all your distribution centers.The company offers a good starting salary in the 150k-175k range along with good bonus program and small relocation package. This is a fully on-site position which requires relocation to the Atlanta area. If you do not have current or very recent multi-site experience along with a stable work history, you need not apply. Qualifications & Requirements:

• BA/BS Degree is required with advanced degree a plus
• Must have current or very recent multi-site distribution experience


• Must oversaw wareouse managers, supervisors and hourlies in multi-site environment
