The Implementation Consultant will offer business expertise, strategic planning, oversight, industry knowledge, and application expertise in the use and implementation of Finvi's Velosidy software. This role focuses on best practices to maximize the value clients receive from our solutions, all within the established budgets and project goals.
This position is fully remote.

Consult with clients to understand their business objectives, design tailored solutions, plan projects, and guidance throughout the implementation
Leverage industry knowledge and application expertise in the implementation of Finvi's Velosidy software solution. This consulting begins in the sales process and continues through to the support handoff
Lead the implementation of Velosidy solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration and adoption
Demonstrate product and industry knowledge in the Revenue Cycle
Ensure ongoing positive interactions and professional rapport with clients throughout the project lifecycle
Understand and manage the process of transitioning existing customers from one platform to another, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency
Serve as a client-facing consultant, providing expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process
Provide configuration guidance, application training, and support to clients, ensuring they are fully enabled to utilize the new platform effectively
Partner closely with Project Manager to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
Continuously monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or concerns promptly
Routinely provide feedback to cross functional stakeholders regarding client feedback, product feedback and other issues related to the implementation
Be accountable for and meet deadlines, including adhering to the project timeline, assigning internal/eternal tasks, and following up on assignments to drive completion
Maintain appropriate and routine communications with the project team on all project issues
Drive innovation by communicating with team members regarding new ideas pertaining to the project
Drive innovation by recognizing and recommending opportunities for new product features, services, and ideas associated with rollout and/or design of the application that add value to our clients and our company
Communicate across departments to proactively manage cross-functional issues

What You'll Need
Four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience implementing, configuring, and/or supporting a SaaS application in a client facing role
Work with minimum guidance
Serve as part of a team of consultants on multiple projects
Working knowledge of functional product areas
Proficient in the use of desktop support tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Demonstrated capability with and knowledge of Finvi's Velosidy product
Strong understanding of the processes used in Professional Services and why they are important
Identifies, champions, and facilitates opportunities for process improvement and innovation
Basic working knowledge of financial statements and business concepts
Basic knowledge of the Revenue Cycle
A general understanding of a revenue cycle product's major functions and the role Finvi products play in the Revenue Cycle
Demonstrates capability to solve complex and cross-functional problems
Applies standard problem-solving tools

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is (USD $80,000 - $110,000 per year).
Finvi has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role (the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate's primary work location). Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills.
