Finvi is looking for Strategic Enterprise Sales Executive
This position will be remote.
As a Strategic Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving the growth of Velosidy, Finvi's SaaS product, among our largest customers. This role involves managing a comprehensive enterprise sales process, ensuring a seamless and strategic approach to client engagement. This individual will need to engage with clients at various operational and executive levels, building and nurturing strong relationships with key enterprise decision-makers and stakeholders. Your expertise in understanding customer pain points and business challenges will enable you to position Velosidy as the optimal solution, driving high-quality, high-value deals to closure in the enterprise market.
Visa sponsorship or transfer of an existing visa is not available for this position. You must be authorized to work directly for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship or transfer. What You'll Do
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the 1st and 3rd party debt segments, identifying key targets and creating a quarterly GTM plan to achieve sales goals.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, using this information to refine sales tactics and positioning.
Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
Initiate contact with potential clients through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, and networking events, to generate interest in Velosidy.
Conduct thorough discovery sessions to understand the client's business challenges, operational workflows, and strategic objectives.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at multiple levels within the client organization, from operational managers to C-level executives.
Solution Presentation and Business Case Development:
Collaborate with Solutions Consultants to deliver tailored product demonstrations that highlight the capabilities and value proposition of the Velosidy platform.
Develop and present compelling business cases that justify the investment in Velosidy, demonstrating clear ROI/TCO and alignment with the client's strategic goals.
Address client objections and concerns with well-researched responses and strategic insights.
Strategic Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strategic relationships with client stakeholders, creating clear escalation paths and communication channels to ensure smooth progression through the sales cycle.
Facilitate face-to-face meetings between Finvi's leadership team, product team and client executives to align on vision, strategy, and partnership goals.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, ensuring a high level of engagement and satisfaction.
Negotiation and Deal Closure:
Lead contract negotiations, working closely with internal teams to manage pricing, terms, and deal structures that meet both client needs and company objectives.
Drive the sales process to timely closure by creating a sense of urgency while focusing on high-quality, high-value deals.
Ensure all contractual agreements are thoroughly reviewed and approved by relevant stakeholders before finalizing.
Post-Sale Transition:
Collaborate with customer success and implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding, providing necessary context and insights to support client success.
Maintain ongoing communication with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree
A minimum of 8+ years of experience in a Sales Executive or Account Management position.
Experience selling across multiple verticals, preferably within the FinTech space.
Has sold complex enterprise solutions in a shift to SaaS environment.
Knowledge of ARM, 1st and 3rd party debt collection preferred.
Contacts in the industry being served, collections and/or ARM desirable but not required.
Demonstrates technical acumen:
Take a complex technical product and articulate it to prospects with the right value prop
Use CRMs such as Salesforce to log sales activity
Able to take complicated problems and turn into easy solutions
Possesses Business Acumen and Persuasion and Influence
Polished written and oral communications and presentation skills
50% travel

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is (USD $140,000 - $180,000 per year).
Finvi has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role (the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate's primary work location). Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
At Finvi, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and equity. These awards are allocated based on individual performance and role. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role.
