Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and driven Installation Lead to join our growing home staging company. This role is essential in developing and overseeing the procedures and processes of our installation team. The Installation Lead will play a hands-on role in staging projects, setting up homes, and managing warehouse operations while helping to refine and improve our current systems. As our team expands, this position will evolve into a leadership-focused role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Manage and guide a team of warehouse associates and installers, ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
  • Staging Support: Participate in the hands-on installation of furniture and accessories for home staging projects.
  • Warehouse Oversight: Supervise warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, packing, and moving furniture and accessories.
  • Inventory Management: Utilize and manage the warehouse inventory system to track and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Scheduling & Communication: Coordinate and communicate staging schedules, ensuring alignment between staging and warehouse teams.
  • Training & Mentorship: Train and mentor installation team members on best practices for moving and handling inventory, fostering a culture of professionalism and efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to enhance warehouse and staging procedures, introducing new systems where needed.
  • Purchasing: Assist in the procurement of new inventory and supplies to maintain warehouse and staging needs.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Schedule and track maintenance for company vehicles to ensure they are in optimal working condition.

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and inventory management software.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with a strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Reliable transportation for commuting to the warehouse in Boulder, CO.

Additional Requirements:
  • Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Boulder, CO 80301 prior to starting work.
  • A valid driver's license is required for this role.
