Salary: $70.00 USD Hourly - $75.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Oracle Cloud Core HR/Compensation Lead for a REMOTE 6 month Contract to HIRE. Must be willing and able to convert to perm. While remote must be able to TRAVEL and work EST or PST time zones,

What We're Looking For:


• Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Specialization in Business or HR Management


• Minimum 4-8 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Lead with current Core HR and Workforce Compensation experience in a client facing, functional consulting role



• Minimum of 5 full life cycle HCM Cloud Implementations with a minimum of 3 full life cycle implementations solely focused on Core HR, Workforce Compensation and Benefits


• Current Oracle Cloud Certification in Payroll, Global HR and/or other HCM Cloud modules ideal

• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Tools such as HCM Extracts and HDL (highly preferred)

• Cross functional knowledge in other Oracle HCM modules (ORC, Time & Labor, Payroll); highly preferred

• Public Sector (K12 Educational Sector, Federal/State/Local) experience highly preferred. Private Sector experienced considered.


What You'll Do:

• Serve as the Functional Expert and Trusted Advisor in the implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Compensation, Benefits) implementation projects.

• Provide best practice guidance on leading recruitment and onboarding modern business processes so that clients can transform their business using Core HR, Workforce Compensation Cloud, Benefits Cloud
