SummaryWe are looking for an Overnight Awake Coach to engage with clients and maintain safety in our facilities. They will be part of our Empowerment program that provides behavioral health services on the weekend. Overnight staff will ensure the safety of all clients through the entire night while they are in the facility. In this position you will work as part of a treatment team to implement treatment plans, redirect behavior, prompt daily living tasks, utilize non-violent physical crisis intervention, and assist with documentation.ScheduleThursday: 9pm-8am (Only when children are off from school)Friday: 9pm-8amSaturday: 9pm-8amConsistency could vary but this role would likely be scheduled to work every other weekend.
