We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Lead Generation Sales Coordinator to support our client acquisition and retention efforts. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving leads, enhancing promotional strategies, and fostering relationships with potential and existing clients. Success in this position means effectively growing our client base, improving lead conversion rates, and contributing valuable insights to refine marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
Generate Leads: Proactively source potential clients through social media, digital marketing campaigns, community outreach, and referrals.
Data Management: Maintain and update lead tracking systems in CRM tools to ensure timely follow-ups and effective client interactions.
Collaborate on Strategies: Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation activities with current promotional campaigns.
Analyze Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (e.g., lead conversion rates, cost per lead) to recommend actionable improvements for campaigns.
Enhance Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and current clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
Client Support: Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for clients, guiding them toward appropriate services while ensuring an exceptional experience.
CRM Automation: Leverage CRM tools to automate workflows, improve response times, and streamline operations.
Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison with social media and call center consultants, ensuring consistent and efficient lead management practices.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 year in sales, customer service, or a related field (experience in the med spa, beauty, or wellness industry is a plus).
Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Go High Level, Zenoti) and a willingness to learn automation and AI tools for lead management.
Analytical Mindset: Basic understanding of performance metrics and a passion for leveraging data to enhance strategies.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-first approach. Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred.
Organization: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
