The Receptionist position is a client-facing, highly visible role in the agency. The purpose of the position is to provide professional and first-class service. The ultimate goal is to assist Producers in retaining current clients. The Receptionist will also build strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers and work closely with their team members at LeSourd.
This position is responsible for accurate and timely data entry all within assigned authority levels. In addition, it involves filing, oral communication, written reports, claims reporting, and prompt customer service. This individual is also responsible for working with their team to achieve designated service standards.
Major Responsibilities • Manage minor accounting duties. • Manage scheduling of client renewals and process payments. • Handle incoming calls and delegate tasks to assigned team members.
Requirements
Must be willing to obtain an Ohio Property & Casualty Insurance License
3+ years of direct customer service work experience
Experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing work environment
