We are seeking a full-time Senior Accounting Manager to join our publishing team in our North Clarendon, Vermont office. Our office is currently working Tuesday and Thursday of each week remotely. Responsibilities:
Work closely with Financial Controller in analysis and reconciliation of accounts
Assist with monthly closing process
Participate in ongoing review and establishment of accounting policies
Analyze and process monthly statement from U.S. Distributor
Work with Accounting Manager to review A/R and A/P Aging Reports
Assist with Financial Statement preparation
Participate in developing annual budget and incentive plans
Update and monitor monthly incentive plans
Prepare journal entries
Assist Financial Controller throughout annual audit process
Analyze various sales reports with Financial Controller and Sales staff
Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
3 years Accounting experience required
Experience with Excel required
Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills
Excellent communication skills
