We're looking for an entrepreneurial, results-driven Growth Marketing Manager with a thorough understanding of the creator economy to build and lead our marketing efforts, driving demand generation, product marketing, and revenue growth.
About the Role:
The Growth Marketing Manager will have the unique opportunity to establish and shape our entire marketing function from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who knows the unique challenges and opportunities influencers and creators face and can translate that knowledge into impactful growth strategies.
Reporting directly to the VP Sales & Marketing, you'll play a critical role in accelerating growth through data-driven demand generation strategies, optimizing our product positioning, and ensuring our product resonates in the market. This is a role for a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in demand generation and product marketing who thrives in high-growth environments and has a strong track record of testing, measuring, and driving results.
Responsibilities:
Demand Generation & Growth
Develop and execute high-velocity, multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive leads, pipeline, and revenue growth.
Build and scale acquisition programs across paid, organic, and earned channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, partnerships, and content marketing.
Implement and optimize lead scoring, nurturing, and automation systems to maximize conversion rates and improve the customer journey.
Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance and customer acquisition costs, leveraging insights to refine future strategies.
Product Marketing
Define and communicate product positioning, messaging, and differentiation for our target markets, industries, and personas.
Develop go-to-market strategies specifically designed for creator audiences, working closely with product and sales teams to create relevant assets and enablement resources.
Conduct market research to stay informed of competitive dynamics, customer pain points, and industry trends, using insights to refine product messaging.
Collaborate with the product team to identify customer needs and prioritize features that drive customer adoption and satisfaction.
Analytics & Optimization
Set KPIs and build a data-driven approach to growth, ensuring tracking and measurement across all marketing activities.
Continuously test and optimize messaging, creative, and funnel experiences to improve performance and conversion rates.
Analyze customer segments, behavior, and acquisition channels to refine targeting and budget allocation for maximum ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with sales to create a feedback loop, aligning on lead quality, conversion targets, and revenue goals.
Work closely with product and customer success teams to create a seamless onboarding and adoption journey for new customers.
Serve as the voice of marketing in team meetings, providing insights and reporting on all growth and marketing activities.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation, preferably with exposure to the creator economy, influencer space, or adjacent industries.
Proven success in scaling demand generation programs and driving revenue through digital marketing, content, and product-led growth.
Strong understanding of product marketing principles, with the ability to craft clear and differentiated messaging.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to be hands-on and comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally and an affinity for working with creators and influencers.
