EV Range, a leader in the electric vehicle (EV) charging industry, is seeking an experienced and driven Vice President of Sales to spearhead growth across the nation. With our cutting-edge software platform and industry-leading charging solutions, we are committed to transforming the EV landscape by delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to our partners and clients.
As the Senior VP of Sales, you will lead and develop a dynamic sales team, driving SaaS and solution sales, through direct and channel partnerships. You will play a pivotal role in scaling sales of hardware, software and support services. This position requires a deep understanding of both the EV charging and software industries, a strategic mindset, and the ability to foster strong partnerships that align with EV Range's mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a national sales strategy to grow revenue, expand our software network, and drive channel partnerships.
Develop, lead and mentor a team, fostering a results-driven and collaborative environment.
Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including channel partners, resellers, and strategic alliances, ensuring successful long-term collaborations.
Manage the sales cycle for both hardware (charging stations) and software solutions, driving new business and maximizing existing accounts.
Work closely with internal teams (Product, Engineering, and Support) to ensure customer needs are met and that EV Range's solutions are optimally positioned in the market.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, network expansion, and partnership growth, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Collaborate with marketing to drive lead generation efforts and promote EV Range's unique value proposition.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within EV charging infrastructure, renewable energy, or other relevant industries.
Proven success in driving both SaaS and hardware sales, in a B2B environment.
Expertise in building and scaling channel partner programs and managing reseller networks.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a small but talented team.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strategic mindset and a track record of closing complex deals.
Ability to travel as needed across the U.S. to meet with partners, clients, and attend industry events.
Desired Skills:
Proven experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical equipment or renewable solutions sales.
Developed teams and process through channel growth.
