Travel Retail Manager - North America East Coast & Caribbean

International Luxury company headquartered in Europe and with a Miami regional office for the Americas is seeking to hire a Travel Retail Manager North America east coast & Caribbean for its Travel Retail duty free business.

We are looking for a driven, autonomous individual, eager to motivate and coach a team of talented individuals and deliver Retail Excellence to all the key doors of the organization.

In this high visibility position, your responsibilities will be to:
• Define, implement & follow up quarterly action plan to develop brand sales above market trends
• Manage & control dedicated investment envelop in line with P&L guidelines
• Manage sales performance by store to reach target.
• Initiate & implement Omni channel projects in key areas that will benefit the top POS
• Recruit, develop, motivate & coach BCs and create highly performing & passionate BCs community
• Implement new protocols and sales techniques to deliver Retail Excellence
• Enhance Company Brand Image through visual merchandising, BCs grooming and POS activities
• Closely work with marketing team to adapt, when needed, merchandising guidelines
• Proactively plan promotional calendar for each door
• Constantly seek new business opportunities (extra space or visibility, visuals, promotion events etc.)

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant previous experience.
  • Master degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Previous employment within luxury brands or Travel Retail required.
  • Be pro-active, organized, energetic, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Leadership and diplomacy - able to collaborate well with others.
  • Solid analytical skills and confirmed abilities in Microsoft excel.
  • Fluent English. Additional language a plus (Spanish, French, other)
  • Availability for domestic and international travel.
