???? Join Our Team: Seeking 1099 Medical Device Sales Reps! ????

Who We Are:

At GraMedica, we are known for HyProCure, the sinus tarsi implant. We partner with podiatrists and orthopedics to help their patients One Step at a Time. As our company expands, we are looking for additional independent domestic sales representatives. This role is for individuals who have established relationships with orthopedic surgeons, and orthopedic surgery centers and are looking to expand their product portfolio to bring more value to their physicians

Responsibilities:
  • Become an expert on GraMedica's devices through training programs and independent study to have the capability to address inquiries or concerns from surgeons
  • Identify strategic growth opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key surgeon users, financial managers, surgery centers and hospitals
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Prospect for new business by identifying and qualifying sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, and cold calling
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our medical products
  • Build and maintain relationships with surgeons to foster loyalty and repeat business
  • Be informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify potential opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, inventory management and customer satisfaction
  • Perform required case coverage and in-servicing
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to document relevant customer information, sales activities, and customer interactions

Requirements: (knowledge, skills, abilities, initiative, judgment, etc.)
  • Sales experience within the medical device and healthcare industry, preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build rapport with healthcare professionals
  • In-depth knowledge of medical products and services, with the ability to articulate their value proposition
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to achieve sales targets
  • Extensive amount of objective and subjective decision making, and use of judgment in non-routine situations
  • Extensive amount of planning and prioritizing
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within region for client meetings and industry events
