As the Director of Partnerships, you will be responsible for building, nurturing, and expanding strategic partnerships within Marketcall's current verticals and beyond. This role involves working closely with clients, negotiating deals, and creating opportunities for business development across multiple industries. You'll be the key player in driving growth through networking, attending industry tradeshows, cold outreach, prospecting, and closing deals. We are looking for someone creative, resourceful, and eager to explore new opportunities that align with our company's vision.
Responsibilities
Developing relationships with new and existing partners in key industries (Insurance, Finance, Legal, Home Services)
Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies for growth
Attending industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent Marketcall
Leading negotiations and closing high-level deals with new partners
Working closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless integration of new partners
Assisting in the design and execution of partnership marketing strategies to support client acquisition efforts
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in partnership development, business development, or client relations roles
Proven experience and success within the pay-per-call or performance marketing space
A strong track record of closing partnerships and maintaining long-term relationships
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work full-time from our office in Pasadena, California
Availability to travel for industry-related events and tradeshow
