Supply Chain at Zahner works in a highly collaborative environment, working closely with project managers, engineering, fabricators, manufacturing and installers. Their work involves supporting supply chain functions, including, but not limited to, purchasing, logistics, inventory management, scheduling, forecasting, and outsourcing management. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress their career within Zahner through many different career paths such as Supply Chain, Project Management, Manufacturing, or Construction.
Position Functions:
Support Sales and Estimating by providing supplier quotes or historical pricing analysis.
Purchase material and consumables for Kansas City, MO, Grand Prairie, TX plant, and Field Operations.
Monitor supplier performance by ensuring timely deliveries and adherence to quality standards.
Assist with transportation and logistics activities, including arranging shipments and tracking delivery schedules.
Assist with the inventory management process.
Analyze and support monthly commodity outlook and project forecast projections.
Collaborates with Accounts Payable to reconcile invoices to requested purchases and service orders.
Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for various supply chain functions.

Requirements:
Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Operations Management or related or equivalent experience.
0-3 year's experience in Supply Chain Management related field.
Highly analytical with advanced knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel
