Natura Bissé is hiring a Multi-Channel Trainer who will be responsible for conducting engaging, informative, and motivational training for aestheticians and spa sales staff, Day Spa and Hotel staff, to develop highly motivated, knowledgeable and productive teams. Conducts and leads special events, brand PR events, while championing for consumer engagement and experiences.

Training Execution • Helps develop and deliver multi-channel training and support materials, webinars, videos, social media, and communications to inspire and enhance ongoing education, reinforce brand equity, customer service, sales and profitability • Conducts comprehensive training programs and events that incorporate product knowledge, retail selling skills, hands-on aesthetic skills and business operations for use in account opening and ongoing development. These programs include, but are not limited to Facial Events, Hands-On Trainings, Spa Plan Training and Masterclasses (MOB) • Collaborates with Education Center of Excellence in the ideation, creation, and execution of education projects • Collaborates with Field team to provide assistance with treatment offerings and menu descriptions • Resource for in-depth product knowledge and point of sale expertise • Lead, assess and facilitate training for counter teams that will lead to achievement of sales goals • Lead, assess and facilitate training for new and existing Day and Hotel Spas
Special Events • Supports event planning, ensuring events are results-oriented and interactive • Collaborates with Field team to provide assistance with treatment offerings and menu descriptions • Works with teams to enhance product knowledge, develop selling skills and encourage team management and business reporting skills. Conducts training on special events • Lead, assess and facilitate events in conjunction with PR, marketing, and spa teams • Support sales growth by conducting both in-person, virtual events, and social media videos/activations
Administration • Monitors and analyzes sales performance, focusing on product sell-through and training/event focus • Assists in the creation and execution of events in collaboration with Education Center of Excellence to support the brand's strategy • Communicates with account prior to visit to communicate timings, agenda and focus areas • Accurately tracks and coordinates events in CRM • Accurately tracks and monitors expenses, monthly submissions in expenses management system
PREFERRED SKILLS: • Excellent communication, interpersonal, motivational, coaching and presentation skills. • Strong goal setting, planning and relationship building skills. • Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. • Exceptional aesthetic skills that translate into retail sales. • Strong and proven Sales experience • Travel is a component of this role
QUALIFICATIONS: • 5+ years' relevant work experience in Spa/Sales/Education • Current Aesthetics license in FL required. • Experience in luxury brand a plus. • Proficient in training, social media and Microsoft Office Suite. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field a plus.
