Bieser, Greer & Landis, LLP, a mid-size law firm in Dayton, Ohio, is seeking a law office manager for full-time employment. As the law office manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the firm and performing bookkeeping duties. Job responsibilities include: human resources management, supervision of the administrative staff, insurance compliance, payroll and 401K administration, general bookkeeping including accounts payable and receivable, and overseeing outsourced IT, insurance, accounting, and other vendors.
Qualified candidates will possess the following qualifications and experience: proficiency with MS 365, including Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Word, demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial resources, experience in accounting, human resources, communications, and overall management skills. Experience with Coyote accounting software is preferred. Ideal candidates will have experience in other law office settings.
