Position Overview:
The Director of Operations Consultant will bring expertise in scaling restaurant operations from three-units to multi-unit chain. This consultant will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement the strategic framework, processes, and systems needed for sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling a restaurant concept, driving operational excellence, and creating the foundations for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess current operational structure and develop a comprehensive plan for scaling from a 3-unit to a multi-unit restaurant operation.
- Collaborate with leadership to create and implement operational strategies that ensure consistency in food quality, service, and guest experience across multiple locations.
- Advise on operational systems and processes, including supply chain management, labor efficiency, and financial controls, to support expansion.
- Provide insight on site selection, design coordination, and new store opening processes.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for multi-unit operations and work with the team to ensure these are met.
- Ensure all operations adhere to health and safety standards while maintaining Neomonde's commitment to excellence.
- Offer guidance on optimizing profitability, managing P&L, and maintaining cost controls across all locations.
- Mentor and empower internal teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record as a consultant or executive with experience in scaling restaurant operations from single to multi-unit models.
- Extensive knowledge of operational best practices in fast-casual or full-service environments.
- Expertise in process optimization, financial management, and operational scaling in the food service industry.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and operational teams to drive results.
- Experience in managing new store openings, including site selection and project management.
- Familiarity with multi-unit P&L, budgeting, and performance metrics.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a focus on mentorship and team development.
- A passion for food, hospitality, and enhancing the guest experience.
