Central Coast Hourly Range: $24.81 - $34.74 Hourly

Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator (internally known as the EPMO Coordinator) is instrumental in providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to enhance project, program, and portfolio management across the organization. You'll work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and senior management to facilitate clear communication, track project progress, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage project documentation, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes to keep the team organized and informed.
Project Coordination: Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects by tracking timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact between project teams, stakeholders, and external parties, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Data Management: Maintain accurate project data in our project management information system (PMIS) and generate reports to support decision-making.
Process Improvement: Participate in developing and implementing new tools and techniques to improve project management processes and standards.
Training and Development: Support the organization of training sessions on project management methodologies and assist in onboarding new team members.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
1-2 years of experience in an administrative or project coordination role, ideally within a healthcare or project management office setting.
