About Us:

TE'AMO is an AAPI women-owned bubble tea and dessert cafe franchise, recognized by the Chicago Tribune as having the Best Nonalcoholic Drink Menu in 2023. We specialize in high-quality bubble tea made with organic and natural ingredients, complemented by our unique Asian fusion desserts like oozy cheesecake baos, premium mille crêpes, fresh coconut panna cotta, and chewy mochi donuts. TE'AMO currently has 12 operating locations with 10+ more coming across the U.S. and is expanding rapidly.

About the Role:

You are a highly organized and proactive individual who will support various departments within our company. With a passion for problem-solving and a keen eye for detail, you will handle diverse responsibilities effectively. You are not afraid to learn new things and are willing to multitask. Your excellent communication and coordination skills will ensure smooth project progress, efficient communication, and accurate financial tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication & Coordination:
  • Coordinate and track project progress across departments (store operations, marketing, purchasing & logistics, catering, etc.).
  • Facilitate the initiation of new projects.
  • Facilitate the opening of new locations.
  • Manage and respond to company emails.
  • Screen and forward resumes to relevant stores.
  • Handle daily tasks and miscellaneous duties.
  • Oversee scheduling.

Business Development:
  • Research and explore new business opportunities to drive growth.
  • Facilitate business development efforts by analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
  • Identify and pursue potential partnerships and collaborations.
  • Facilitate overseas purchasing processes.

Other Duties:
  • Perform other job-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong time management, project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent relationship management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Positive attitude and continuous learning mindset.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and know how to drive in a professional manner.
  • Willingness to travel if required.
