Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Customer Service Representative at Cal Uniforms in San Diego, CA. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for counter sales, order pick-ups, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing support, counting inventory, merchandising, stocking, and enhancing the overall customer experience on a day-to-day basis.

• Customer Service Representatives & Customer Support skills
• Customer Satisfaction & Customer Experience skills
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask & work well under pressure
• Problem-solving & conflict resolution skills
• Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
• Knowledge of uniform or apparel industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
