Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Full Stack Engineer in San Diego, CA.

Summary:
The Full Stack Engineer will work on designing, implementing, and maintaining a scalable, reliable, and efficient service-oriented architecture for underwriting solutions. The architecture focuses on enabling seamless integration, event-driven design, and robust state management while supporting scalability and resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Engineer will develop and manage front-end systems using Angular with NgRx for state management

Implement back-end microservices using Azure technologies, including:

• Azure Service Bus for event-driven communication


• Saga patterns for managing distributed transactions and ensuring consistency in long-running processes


• CQRS and event sourcing for optimized data operations and fault tolerance
• Integrate and manage Azure API Management for secure and efficient API routing


• As a Full Stack Engineer, you will collaborate on workflow management using Elsa workflows for session imports, underwriting approvals, and other AUS-specific processes


• Maintain relationship-based access control (ReBac) using Okta for identity and authorization


• Ensure data security through encryption and secure communication practices

Technology Stack:

• Front-End: Angular, NgRx, Azure App Configuration


• Back-End: .NET, Azure Service Bus, Cosmos DB, Saga workflows (Elsa), CQRS/Event Sourcing


• APIs and Security: Azure API Management, Okta for RBAC, and secure data protocols

REQUIREMENTS:

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in event-driven architectures and service-oriented design


• Strong knowledge of microservices, state management, and distributed systems


• Proficiency in modern security practices and compliance standards


• Familiarity with Azure tools and services

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
