In this role, you will serve as a key Product Owner, ensuring that our solutions continue to align with customer needs and business objectives. You will be working with internal teams to prioritize and deliver product enhancements, and ensuring the successful deployment of our healthcare technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities Product Owner
Own the product backlog, working closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business strategy.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineering, product management, and customer support, to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure clear communication of customer requirements.
Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily standups to ensure that development stays on track and delivers value.
Continuously gather and assess customer feedback to drive improvements in product features and overall user experience.
Act as the primary liaison between product and internal development teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of product goals.
General Responsibilities
Be available outside of standard business hours when needed to support customer releases or address urgent issues.
Stay informed about new features, product updates, and industry best practices to continually improve the customer experience and product functionality.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a Product Owner or similar role, with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable plans for both internal teams and customers.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and delivering customer-focused solutions.
Experience working with software applications, including making configuration changes to meet customer customization needs.
Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks, while maintaining a customer-centric focus and attention to detail.
A collaborative and positive attitude, with a passion for continuous learning and delivering value.
