This position at Mirata resides on the customer-facing team and is responsible for ensuring the customer experience is woven into all aspects of Mirata. This position will work directly with the Director of Customer Success and Technical Product Experience Manager to ensure customer success when implementing Mirata Forms and contribute to the product roadmap. They will work with the VP of Sales & Marketing and the pre-sales manager to support the sales process.
Responsibilities
Become an expert in Mirata Digital Forms, maintaining hands-on proficiency across all aspects of the platform
Drive customer enablement, including:
Work directly with the technical product experience manager to implement the digital forms solution, including project management, solution design, delivery, and providing post-deployment support
Provide guidance to implementation consultants engaged as part of larger transformations, including solution design and use of best practices while implementing Mirata
Create content for customers and partners to help them use Mirata. This will include samples, videos, training materials, reference materials, etc. for individual customers and for the overall knowledge base
Assist with enhancing the customer engagement strategy, bringing new ideas and ways to engage with customers
Support maintaining help center content by creating new articles and modifying existing content to include the latest product features
Support the sales cycle, including:
Create mock-ups of customer's forms as needed for demo purposes
Assist with high-level solution architecture and solution vision for customer's use and deployment of the Mirata platform
Contribute to the future of the digital forms product, including:
Actively participate in the creation of the product roadmap for all components of Mirata by understanding and synthesizing user needs
Host sessions with customers to understand their pain points and document product feedback and enhancement requests
