Volt is immediately hiring for Legal Operations Assistant in New York, NY.
As a Legal Operations Assistant you will:
Assist Global Legal Operations team with providing Google Suite support including:
Creating and formatting presentations, documents, spreadsheets using Google Slides, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
Creating and managing Google Looker Studio reports
Creating and managing Google Sites
Creating new Google Groups and maintaining existing Google Group membership lists
Managing access to Legal apps built using Onit
Assisting with computer set-up for new GLO employees
Assisting with routine updates, maintenance, and documentation of Onit apps
Scheduling meetings for Office of the General Counsel (OGC) members and other Global
Legal Organization (GLO) team members who have larger meetings
Preparing, monitoring, and following-up on expense reports for OGC members
Making travel arrangements
Registering visitors with lobby/security, arranging for security badges
Booking meeting rooms and visitor offices
Providing coverage when Chief Legal Office's (CLO) admin is absent
This is a part time opportunity.
Schedule: Tuesday - Thursday, 8:30am - 4:30pm ET.
The ideal candidate will have:
Creative problem-solver with a collaborative, friendly and energetic personality
High-level of expertise with Google Suite of tools, particularly Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Looker Studio is a major plus
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Pay Rate:$35.00 per hour
