SUMMARY
Responsible for executing Device History Records (DHR) process. Provides additional support for the Quality Systems department, including, but not limited to, document and record control, management system documentation development, facilitation of CAPA system and audit processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Executes site DHR program ensuring timely review and submission of DHR’s to customers
• Generates and controls DHR guidance information for customer specific addendums and DHR reconciliation information
• Creates and provides status reports to appropriate functional managers
• Follows up on rejected and on-hold DHRs and escalates as appropriate
• Ensures that DHR program is compliant with corporate policies
• Supports the site’s DHR process by qualifying new customer DHR implementation
• Supports maintenance of DHR required records electronically and in hardcopy
• Maintains and updates documents related to Quality Systems Policies, Procedures and Work Instructions as they relate to DHR process
• Works safely at all times and complies with Environmental Health and Safety standards and work practices along with all other work rules

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma OR equivalent AND relevant experience in engineering technical disciplines
• Advanced reading, writing and math skills
• Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Excel and database programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
• Ability to deal with tight deadlines which change rapidly is required
• Must be able to obtain data, prepare reports

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The employee may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time. The employee is frequently required to walk, and to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and use of computer monitor screen a great deal of the time.
Safety glasses and steel toed shoes required on the manufacturing floor, receiving inspection, receiving, stockroom and shipping areas.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Workstation is in the office area, with some time spent each day on the manufacturing floor.
The noise level in the work environment ranges from low to moderate.
