The Office Staffing Coordinator coordinates the day to day operations of the transport function to and from the nursing units all OSUMC diagnostic procedure areas. Manages the coordination of the transportation services to and from the nursing units and the OSUMC diagnostic testing sites. Maintain productivity stats which include tracking, analyzing and reporting statistics to management. Assist manager with scheduling evaluating and all employee relation functions. Transport patient if needed. Position located at University Hospitals.
Minimum Education Required
Per Classified Civil Svc Specs or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Qualifications
1 year office and/or operations experience (1000 hours training &/or course work) including general office support, monitoring and processing budget and accounting information, providing customer service;
2-4 years relevant work experience preferred.
6 mos. experience (600 hours training &/or course work) in staff supervision, training and development; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Qualifications: Some positions require 3 mos experience (300 hours course work) analyzing and interpreting data and/or managing and generating budget documents consistent with position description.
