We seek a proactive and detail-oriented IT professional with a strong foundation in systems administration, IT security, and Web based systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and protecting our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, and supporting Web Based system usage and issue reporting.
Responsibilities:
IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and communication systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability
Security Management: Implement, monitor, and continuously improve security protocols, firewalls, encryption, and intrusion detection systems to protect against cyber threats
System Administration: Perform regular system updates, patches, and audits to maintain the stability, security, and efficiency of all IT systems
Web-Based System Support: Utilize web-based systems effectively and provide support when needed, including troubleshooting and escalating usage issues to superiors
User Support: Provide technical support and guidance to employees, troubleshooting issues and offering solutions to enhance productivity and system reliability
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems, security protocols, web-based systems usage, and operational procedures, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuity
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, recommending and implementing improvements to the IT environment
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
2+ years of experience in IT technology (security, infrastructure, development)
Firewalls, encryption, and intrusion detection systems regular system updates, patches, and audits to maintain the stability, security
Utilize web-based systems effectively and provide support when needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent
Experience in IT systems management within the manufacturing or retail sector
Experience with disaster recovery planning, business continuity strategies, and data backup solutions
Prior experience in a leadership or senior technical role within an IT department
Working knowledge of the Korean language (speaking, writing) is a plus
