WHAT YOU'LL DO  


As an Order & Billing Specialist, you will manage the billing of customers, answering client calls and emails, along with identifying and proactively solving issues as needed to ensure client satisfaction. This position processes billings specific to JBL as needed. The Order & Billing Specialist will calculate discounts and royalties to ensure compatibility/compliance with workflow processes as well as manage contract and vendor management with all current and future clients. Timely responses to customer inquiries is expected, accept/enter payments from customers and facilitate customer returns. 


WHERE YOU’LL WORK  


This position will work a hybrid schedule from our Burlington, MA office location preferred. Remote will be considered within the United States.  


HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME 



  • Develops and maintains a deep understanding of the organization and services.  

  • Establish communication standards for repeatable events and processes. 

  • Ensure accuracy in billing and client interaction. 

  • Master multiple systems to manage Customer accounts (D365, ELAN, JBL website, Five9) 

  • Participate in UAT for new systems or updates plus new or updated products. 

  • Provide Cross-functional team and Brand collaboration.  

  • Participate in companywide initiatives to provide Order & Billing perspective and historical knowledge. 

  • Contribute and participate in new system or process roll outs.  


 WHAT YOU'LL NEED 



  • College degree preferred. High School or equivalent required. 

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts payable/accounts receivable, account management, customer service, billing, or sales support 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Word, Outlook, D365, Excel, PowerPoint  

  • Critical thinking and analytical skills 

  • Technical aptitude 

  • Excellent collaboration, teamwork, and customer service skills 

  • Proven organizational skills and time management skills 

  • Strong attention to detail 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 

  • Adapts well to a changing and rapidly growing environment
