Position: Senior SAP FICO Cash to Invest Functional Consultant
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP FICO Cash to Invest Functional Consultant with expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), and specialized experience in the Cash to Invest process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SAP FICO implementations, with a deep understanding of financial processes, investment management, liquidity management, and end-to-end cash flow processes. This role involves working with business stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize financial solutions within the SAP environment, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICO solutions, focusing on Cash to Invest processes, including cash management, treasury, liquidity forecasting, and investment management.
Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to analyze and document current financial processes, identify gaps, and define requirements to enhance the Cash to Invest cycle.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
System Integration: Oversee the integration of SAP FICO modules with other SAP modules (such as SAP MM, SD, and Treasury) and third-party systems to streamline financial processes.
Customization & Enhancement: Develop, customize, and maintain SAP FICO functionalities, enhancing existing processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Testing & Training: Develop and execute test plans, support UAT, and create training materials to enable successful solution adoption by end-users.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure that solutions align with regulatory and internal compliance standards, including developing custom reports to support decision-making in financial and investment areas.
Project Leadership: Provide project leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior consultants and support teams, ensuring best practices are followed in project deliverables.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of SAP FICO experience, with a focus on Cash to Invest processes within a corporate or consulting environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Cash Management, Treasury and Risk Management, and investment functionality.
Project Experience: Demonstrated success in at least two full-cycle SAP FICO implementations, specifically within the Cash to Invest process.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Certifications: SAP FICO certification preferred; additional certifications in SAP Treasury, Cash Management, or other relevant areas are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Industry Knowledge: Experience in [specific industry, e.g., manufacturing, retail, financial services] is advantageous.
Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
