We're looking for a recent college graduate with a degree in Computer Science who is passionate about development to join a growing Salesforce team. As the Jr. Salesforce Developer, you will train under senior resources to develop customized applications for the Salesforce platform, which is part of the organization's Innovation Center of Excellence. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages
Willingness and interest in learning the Salesforce platform and associated programming languages
Strong written and oral communication skills
Someone who takes initiative
Knowledge of Cloud computing or Salesforce is a plus
Must be willing to learn new skills on the job!
Responsibilities:
Work with Senior team members to develop customized applications and plug-ins for the Salesforce platform
Develop integrations between Salesforce applications, including Salesforce CRM Solutions and Legacy systems using Salesforce APIs
Automate complex business processes using Flow Builder, create reports and dashboards, and train users on using Salesforce
Ensure requirements are covered by executable test cases and that executable test cases are supported by requirements
Implement enterprise system and application architecture to ensure performance, maintainability, and application integration with external systems
Communicate with multiple levels of management, external suppliers, customers, and project stakeholders
Must be willing to take on additional duties
