Our client is seeking a Programmatic Media Lead to manage and optimize digital ad campaigns, with a primary focus on DV360 and other relevant platforms. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of campaign management, from setup to optimization, ensuring that campaigns meet and exceed performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and optimize programmatic campaigns on DV360 and other platforms.
Set up campaigns, develop strategies, manage budgets, bidding, targeting, and creative elements.
Conduct daily performance analysis and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
Maintain detailed logs of campaign optimizations and continuously refine strategies.
Deliver bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with actionable insights for clients.
Work closely with internal teams to align campaign strategies with client objectives.
Identify and implement new tools or technologies to enhance campaign performance.
Mentor junior team members and assist with ad operations and platform use.
Qualifications:
6-8 years of experience in programmatic media, either at an agency or in-house.
Expertise in DSPs, particularly DV360, with a solid understanding of ad servers and tracking tools.
Strong data analysis skills and ability to make recommendations based on performance insights.
Experience with paid search and social media is a plus.
Proficiency in Google Data Studio, Sheets/Excel, and other reporting tools.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment and deliver on deadlines.
