Pay Range: $95000 - $110000/annum. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform end-to-end project management duties in the federal sector for multiple large programs, leading cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate the deployment of a Cisco IT platform for VOIP & data to regionally and nationally.
  • Coordinate meetings with the project team comprised of general building contractors & sub-contractors, GSA representatives, and IT/telecommunications vendors.
  • Engage, manage, and sustain relationships with an extensive network of suppliers to install systems, including data, VOIP, cabling, electrical, and telecommunications.
  • Estimate overall project cost by conducting project evaluations, site surveys, and requirement reviews.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and technical advice on voice & data telecommunications, manage schedule, deliver cost estimates & project scope, provide service planning and provisioning, provide customer support, manage procurement, and perform contractor management.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key Skills: Facilities management, Infrastructure, project management .
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in technology (telecommunications preferred) is required, equivalent years of experience will be considered in lieu of the degree.
  • At least eight (8) years of experience in a Project Manager role, leading project teams responsible for office relocations and facilities management.
  • Experienced with managing large office relocation projects.
  • Experienced in vendor and contract management.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to manage budgets and track expenses.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Experienced with office space planning and design.
  • Current ITIL certification.
  • Travel required within the US.
  • Currently possess or able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
