About the Job:

As a Financial Analyst you are responsible for analyzing and reporting of information critical to the operations and success of the revenue cycle. The Financial Analyst will provide analysis for accurate and compliant charge capture (utilizing Epic reconciliation reporting tools, denial improvement initiatives, month end reporting, and additional analyses to support revenue cycle initiatives.

What You'll Do:
  • Produce and deliver daily, weekly, and other periodic reports, with accompanying analysis for internal executive decision making
  • Use Epic Reporting Workbench, Microsoft Excel, and various other applications to extract data for various analyses, audits and reports
  • Assist in creation of financial reporting to resolve payer variances, denials, and other contributing factors to aging balances to ensure accurate and timely payments for all receivables
  • Perform data analysis for trending to assist management with various financial performance goals
  • Effectively communicates and resolves all needs and concerns

Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, Required
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive analytical experience, Required
  • Epic Reporting Workbench Experience, Required
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Required
  • Knowledge of revenue cycle operations, billing/reimbursement, and/or other relevant healthcare service, Preferred
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
