XRF (X-ray Fluorescence) Marketing Expert

Our client is seeking an XRF (X-ray Fluorescence) Marketing Expert to serve as an educator, authority, and influencer in the field, primarily leveraging online platforms. This role is highly technical and commercial, requiring an established expert in XRF techniques who can create impactful content and represent the brand effectively. The ideal candidate will blend deep XRF knowledge with marketing execution to reach and educate potential customers.

This role is a hybrid model in The Woodlands, Texas.

  • XRF Marketing Expert ResponsibilitiesServe as an authoritative figure in XRF by creating educational and marketing content across various online platforms.
  • Develop key sales and marketing materials, including brochures, technical specifications, slide decks, case studies, application notes, and blog articles.
  • Create, manage, and update web content related to XRF, such as application examples, webinars, seminars, workshops, and e-books.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and external partners to develop and distribute engaging content.
  • Establish a strong online presence through content promotion on social media, email campaigns, and industry forums.
  • Organize and conduct educational webinars, workshops, and seminars on XRF applications to inform and engage potential customers.
  • Ensure marketing strategies align with established methodologies, without altering the company's core marketing approach.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events as a brand ambassador to showcase XRF products and solutions.
  • Support the sales team with expert-level product knowledge to drive inbound marketing and lead generation.

  • XRF Marketing Expert QualificationsBS, MS, or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience as an XRF practitioner, with a focus on applications like XRF spectroscopy, WDXRF, EDXRF, elemental analysis, or ASTM standards.
  • Experience with XRD (X-ray Diffraction), including powder diffraction, thin film analysis, Rietveld analysis, SAXS, XRR, and HRXRD, is a significant advantage.
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts, such as inbound marketing, content creation, and online engagement strategies.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver educational content to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Outgoing, proactive, and comfortable working in a high-energy, competitive environment.
  • Ability to travel as needed for events, training, and collaborations.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage effectively with a technical audience.
  • Basic knowledge of the capital equipment sales process is a plus.
  • This is a marketing-oriented position where the candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the company's presence and authority in the XRF industry.
