Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide support to all physical locations and remote employees across North America.
- Define the scope and develop new solutions using Epicor Kinetic applications.
- Create and modify SSRS forms for Epicor Kinetic.
- Address user support requests for workflow changes and process enhancements in Epicor Kinetic.
- Leverage Epicor technical support to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Ensure timely follow-up with employees to confirm resolution of their queries.
- Develop SOPs for Epicor Kinetic processes and conduct training for employees.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
