Superintendent - 3-story Storage Complex Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the construction of a new 3-story storage complex. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and a proven ability to lead projects from the ground up while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and laborers
Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients and architects
Resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Superintendent in construction
Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations
Experience with multi-level and commercial projects
Familiarity with stucco, CMU, and tilt wall construction techniques
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
