Overview: The Risk/Audit Administrator will play a key role in supporting the risk management and audit functions within the organization. This position involves creating comprehensive presentations for executive-level teams, managing documentation, and ensuring effective communication of risk-related insights and audit findings.
Key Responsibilities:
Presentation Development:
Create and design high-quality executive-level presentations that effectively communicate risk assessments, audit results, and strategic recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for presentations.
Documentation Management:
Maintain and organize documentation related to risk assessments and audit activities.
Develop templates and guidelines to streamline the creation of presentations and reports.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Track and report on key risk indicators and audit findings to ensure timely communication to stakeholders.
Collaboration and Support:
Work closely with the Risk and Audit teams to support organizational initiatives and projects.
Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine presentation content.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for improving risk management and audit processes.
Support the implementation of best practices and tools for risk reporting and documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in risk management, audit, or a related area.
Strong proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Prezi) and data visualization tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a corporate risk or audit function.
Familiarity with risk management frameworks and audit standards.
Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
