Key Responsibilities:
Manage solar projects from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
Lead on-site teams, ensuring proper coordination between electricians, installers, and subcontractors.

Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget completion of projects.

Hands-on experience in project management, with the ability to lead by example and support teams in the field.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected challenges effectively.
Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or similar tools.
Ability to travel to project sites and work closely with on-site teams as needed.
Willingness to relocate to the Orlando area (relocation assistance provided).
