Configure credit card terminals, POS Systems, PC's, tablets and mobile phones
Research and help implement strategies and procedures as necessary
Use internal and industry standard procedures and general administrative tasks
The willingness and ability to complete certifications and trainings
Advanced internal and remote IT support
Compliance and security management

Coordinate new and existing accounts between Vendors, Inside/Outside Sales Team and Partners
Review application and order submissions
Oversee merchant account and other service application submissions
Create PO's and invoices in QuickBooks and Synchronize Accounts between ACT!, BigCommerce & Customer Files
Sales support and general administrative tasks
Facilitate Solutions for Technical Support needs onsite and at customer locations
Assertive outreach to customers and vendors
Responsibilities:
Proven technical support experience
Track record of reaching quota
Patience and listening skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of needs
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Experience with PC's running MS Windows 10 & 11
Experience with POS Systems, terminals and/or payment gateways a plus
Experience with TDES, EMV, PCI and NFC a plus
Installation of POS and Accounting/ERP Systems, software and hardware over the phone or on location.
Payments industry experience a plus
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or higher
Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Teams
Computer savvy
Experience with ACT! and/or QuickBooks or other related CRM's or accounting software a plus
Payments, Accounting, IT or other technical industry experience
Excellent Communication and Organizational skills
Multi-Tasker and Quick Learner
45 WPM or more without looking at keyboard
