Summary
The Benari Customer Care Professional serves as the liaison from the customer to the bench jeweler and ensures customer satisfaction. They will be responsible for accepting all jewelry for repair, assist the sales team when necessary while directly addressing any concerns, and facilitate the delivery of merchandise to customers to ensure their experience is unlike any other!
