Location: 1775 M H Jackson Service Road, Atlanta, GA 30354
Duration: 12 Months (Possible extension)
Hours: M-F 7am-3:30pm (30 minutes Lunch)
Responsibilities
Candidate will be responsible for supporting key component customer accounts to act as a liaison between component shops and customers.
Job duties will include but not limited to updating customer status reports, costing analysis, preparing quotes, preparing invoice reports, following up on material job stops, etc.
Customer focused
Mechanical level - handling parts coming in
Processing of invoicing, parts, quotes, technical information, customer service
Real Analysis Breakdown-
40%: Customer - price out parts for customer and getting it back to them
30%: Communication between shops and customers of airline parts
Final: Day to day auditing of paperwork
Financial: Projected status of where he/she currently stand.
Top 3 skills:
MRO/SAP - pulling data, running queries
Customer Service
Must have Excel experience - able to run basic formulas
