The Position: We're looking for a Junior Business Operations Analyst! **This position is fully on-site at our home office in Cincinnati, Ohio.** This is not a remote position.
Position Purpose: The purpose of this position is to provide general support to the Support Center and the overall company by analyzing software platforms and business processes, collecting and interpreting data, and supporting the Director of Business Operations in the implementation of operational strategies.
Responsibilities: The team member in this position must exhibit certain characteristics and perform specific duties during their daily or weekly routine. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Collaborate with the Director of Business Operations to identify process and project opportunities within all software platforms for the Sales and Operations Team
Salesforce and Software Administration (40%): • Responsible for day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the CRM system. • Build and configure Salesforce workflows, process builders, reports, and dashboards. • Maintain the Sales and Operations Team's software systems. • Partner with the Director of Business Operations to develop and support the use and efficiency of software platforms. • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements within the CRM to enhance user productivity and data accuracy.
User Support and Training (10%): • Administer user access and manage login credentials for various platforms, ensuring secure and efficient password authentication protocols for the Sales and Operations Team. • Assist in building and implementing continuous education training for all operations software platforms to ensure the team is equipped with up-to-date knowledge and skills.
Data Management and Reporting (50%): • Maintain and run analytics software for daily performance-based metrics and communicate results with the Director of Business Operations. • Maintain data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data clean-up tasks and updates. • Prepare operation and KPI reports and presentations for leadership
Minimum Requirements: The team member in this position must exhibit certain educational and experiential requirements, including: • Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred • Prior work experience in a general business or technology role preferred. • Experience with a CRM platform, Excel, and analytics software preferred. • Exhibit self-direction, initiative, resourcefulness, and follow-through with the ability to work at a fast pace and handle multiple tasks and projects at the same time. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. • Demonstrate extreme professionalism and confidentiality in manner, dress, and conduct.
Travel Requirements: The team member in this position must be able to travel locally to events and for out-of-state training and Institute visits as necessary.
Physical Demands and Work Environment: The team member in this position will be expected to work in an office environment in order to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
