Overview
Compass Associates are delighted to be assisting a respected and established behavioral health provider in search for an Executive Director in Ohio for a facility designed for adults within residential.
The facility offers onsite 24 hour nursing care, a range of individual and group therapy as well as yoga and art therapy. These adults will have a tailored made program for their specific needs so they can have the support they need to recover.
Building relationships with clients is important, the organization likes to make sure that family involvement is equal to this to ensure successful recovery for those within their care. Family therapy and caregiver education is provided to ensure they have the resources to provide support and understanding.
Responsibilities
You will oversee the operations of this facility, ensuring there is access to high-quality care.
Work closely with Human Resources on recruitment, developing your team, mentoring as well as staff reviews, support and guidance to your team.
Line management responsibilities.
Supervision and consultation and to ensure that quality and expertise is provided.
You will need to manage program expansion, waiting list and delivery of service to optimize efficiency.
Work with sales and outreach.
Criteria
A minimum of 5 years experience within management (Clinical Director, Executive Management, etc).
You must have experience within behavioral health.
Inpatient or residential experience is essential.
You must be able to provide exceptional management, leadership and communication skills.
Be flexible as and when possible.
Be confident is providing support, guidance and coaching to your team.
Experience with budgets is essential.
Compensation Package
Salary is between $115,000-$140,000, plus bonus.
A relocation allowance can be provided.

Interview Process
1st Stage Interview - Informal Teams conversation with the Director of Talent for circa 45 minutes.
2nd Stage Interview - Formal interview via Teams with the VP Regional Director.
